Our business hours are flexible and dependent on the projects involved, typically Monday through Friday. We'll be able to respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days usually between the hours of 9am PST and 3:30pm PST.
Do you offer international shipping?
Most work is not physical and purely digital, so shipping is not offered, nor is it necessary.
What is your return policy?
No returns are necessary since no shipping is done. If there are any disputes with services provided, a discussion will commence about refunding any paid sums of money for unused subscriptions or monthly retainer services. Refunds are usually not provided for work completed and hours spent unless the result has entirely fallen short of written agreed-upon deliverables and the provided result is completely unsatisfactory.
